Very professional and a good guy. I called him up because my a.c. wouldn’t turn on. He was there within 20 minutes, I definitely wasn’t expecting that. He is very knowledgeable in his trade and took the time to explain what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. 1 1/2 hours later my a.c. was running like new. I must add that this was late in the evening and i explained to him that it would be no problem if he came back the next day. However, he insisted to fix it then so my wife and I could sleep comfortably that night, which I definitely appreciated. I would definitely recommend Scott Niehaus AC!
