It is a great relief for me to have found Scott and Lance after having dealt with basically incompetent A/C servicemen for over 10 years. At my home, a (grumpy, unfriendly) technician from a previous (large) company had made an adjustment that caused my heat pump to be so noisy that it interefered with my sleep, and another technician from that same company told me the only way to solve the noise problem was to get an entire new unit! Lance diagnosed the problem, made an adjustment and now I can sleep — and I didn’t need to buy a new system! At my fiancee’s house, the bedrooms farthest from the air handler tended to be too warm during the cooling season. A different tech (from that same large company) said it would cost $1000 for them to do an “airflow survey” in order to balance the airflow from the registers. Scott walked through the entire house, adjusted each register and explained everything while he did it. All it cost me was a very reasonable service call, and that even included checking the A/C unit for proper operation. These guys give you an awful lot for your money. Their honesty and expertise is refreshing. I highly recommend them!
